Refrigerator ice melts and flows from the collecting tray, causing the water to spill over and freeze on the lower shelf objects. This is not an outside-produced problem because the doors are kept tight and the ice dispenser flap is continually shutting. Is it possible that repairing the main control board will fix the problem?
