I'm on the verge of giving up on this refrigerator. I replaced a few different parts, and the fridge temperature has remained constant at a higher than normal temperature . Is this the motherboard? and this appears to be the issue?

If the fridge is not defrosting, the control board could be the problem. We do fix faulty boards. Here is a service link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/refrigerator/
