The Refrigerator is operational. The issue is that the front panel is no longer functional. There is no temperature display or an open door alert. Also, the water dispenser isn't working. The Ice Machine has been out of commission for a long time. I assumed it was the main board, but everything else seemed to be in good order. Do you have any ideas?

Check the dispenser board for power. A multimeter may be used to check this. After checking everything and all looks good. But you still have the same problem, then the control board is most likely faulty. We can repair faulty control boards. Here is a link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/refrigerator/
