youre not purchasing a new board its the repair service that you purchased.

no it is a service of repairing the board and thats an issue we can work to repair about the ice dispenser.

you'll have to remove the control board from the refrigerator and send that to us for the repair

ahh...I misunderstood that. So my ice/water dispenser works intermittently. I'm not 100% it is the board behind the panel, but it seems to make sense that it is. Id what youre selling a repair kit for that board?
