My fridge is a GE side by side. The portions of the freezer are cold, but the parts of the refrigerator are not.??? Is it possible that this is the main circuit board?

Test to determine if the defrost regulator is working properly. You wouldn't need to swap it out if it didn't have any consistency. You should also examine the resistance of the defrost thermistor. At 0 degrees, the resistance should be 42.5 k, 14.4 k at 37 degrees, and 5 k ohms at 77 degrees. If it's out of range, it'll have to be replaced. If everything seems fine, check the defrost heater for consistency. If there is no consistency, replace it; if there is consistency and all other parts are in excellent working order, your main control board is faulty. But we do fix faulty control board modules.
