My refrigerator is a GE Profile. When I opened the fridge door, the led lights inside started flashing. I disconnected the refrigerator and then put it back in, and now the interior lights are flashing, as well as the lights on the exterior panel. The refrigerator is still chilly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This would be a defective main control board based on the issue with the lights. The mainboard controls all of the lights, so if they're all flashing, the board has to be repaired. Here is the service link
