The external panel's lights had been flickering and had now gone out. The water and ice dispensers aren't working, and neither are the inside lights. Both the refrigerator and the freezer are chilling on a regular basis. Can you tell me what I'll need to do to fix this issue?

According to the wiring schematic for your model, the J2-8 red wire at the main control board should be receiving 13.6 volts. This is the source of power for the dispenser board. The voltage on the dispenser board should also be checked; the J4-2 red wire on the dispenser board should register 13.6 volts.
