My fridge suddenly stopped working, compressor not running, condenser fan not running. Only the light on when plugged in power. The displays in front to control temperature all blank, however when press on any buttons all displays light up and go off when release. Do you think it's the problem with the display board or the inverter board at the back? The inverter board is WPW10207411.
If there is issues with the PIC, can you fix it? or reprogram it? We have replaced all capacitors on it already but still same issue.

Thank you for reaching out. Your issues could be within the PCB. Below I have provided a guide and a link that can help narrow down the issue. Please take the time to go through it before sending your unit in. Below I have provided a link that can get you started on the ordering process. as well. The link will let you know what issue will be covered under the repair.
We have block diagrams and schematics for a lot of units. We also have an engineer in-house who can reverse engineer most of the units we receive.
We are able to test every passive and active component on this board. This would also include all power components. The only thing we can't test (even with a schematic) is the proprietary chips. This chip holds a program on it, and without the entire setup, no one would be able to test all of its features. For a lot of our boards, we do have a full functionality test that does test all components on a board.
