Compressor on this fridge does not work? or motherboard?

The compressor on this unit does not work. As soon as the unit is turned on, the condenser fan starts spinning. Inside, all of the lights and fans were turned on. The refrigerator and freezer do not chill, although there are moments when they do, but only for a brief period before the temperature increases in the refrigerator and in the freezer. I'm getting electricity to the inverter, but there's no voltage flowing out. I saw a white and red wire that connects to the motherboard, which must give a signal to the inverter instructing it to switch on and off when the temperature is met. What might be the source of my issue? What about the motherboard?

You should check to verify if the compressor is receiving electricity from the control board. If you check the blue or white 4 plug connector on the control board, make sure that there is 120 volts between the red and white wires. If the voltage is 120 volts, you have a faulty inverter board or a compressor. An inverter is the most likely option.
