I examined the board and saw that the 0.6amp fuse had blown. I replaced that fuse and the display started working again, but some of the keys on the keypad did not work. Then I started getting the F2E0 error. I got a replacement keypad, however many of the keys still do not work. I do not get the F2E0 error however. So I suspect this is a problem on the board. Is this something you can fix?

unfortunately, we won't know until we can take a look at it. you can ship it to us for repair.
