i have a stove model # TLES389DCE and the upper clock timer board went out and the Part # is 316272204 and need to try to figure out how to get it out so we can send it in for repair,

You would just need to create your order online and ship us the part. The service takes 5-7 business days, we will send you a notification for payment once we are one with the service and then ship it back to you.
