My husband used stove last night and didn't use the timer. When he shut off the oven, it did not want to turn off. So he had to unplug it from the wall to shut it off. What can be the problem?

First try to hit the breaker and leaving unit off for about 5 minutes and reapply power to see if unit will reset. If you still have same problem then your control board would need to replaced or repaired. We do repair/rebuild control boards.
