Thank you for reaching out. We do work on these, however, the error is indicating a bad keypad. This is a common fault. if you would like for us to take a look please send in the board and the keypad together.

I will send both the control panel and control board. For the F7 error code, repair instructions told me to clean the ribbon cable contacts to the control board and if that failed it was likely the control board failed. As you will note, today I purchased your repair service and will post the items today or tomorrow. The mailing address I have is:

i have a Sears Kenmore Elite oven which shows an error cod F7. If I leave power off for a few days, the oven functions normally for 10-15 minutes before the error code returns. Attached you should pictures of the board and the Robert Shaw assembly part label. The Robert Shaw label includes the WB27T10138 listed in your Ebay listing. However, the board shown in your listing has no resemblance. Being a retired electrical engineer, I suspect the electrolytic capacitors are causing the board issue. let me know if you think you unit, can you fix it
