My oven will get to the proper temperature, then become extremely hot after approximately 10 to 15 minutes, at which point the bake light will flash and the oven will shut off. I'd already changed the heating components and the temperature probe.

The control board has failed and is stuck on the bake cycle that is causing the oven to overheat.
