My oven starts preheating and everything appears to be normal, but after a few minutes it turns off, , I meant that the device will turn off totally and I will have to resume the preheating process when I turn it back on . Driving me crazy. Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Test oven temperature sensor for 1050 to 1100 ohms resistance first. After checking everything and all looks good. But you still have the same problem, then the control board is most likely faulty.UpFix can repair faulty control boards.
