The oven stops working and the display goes blank. The first two or three times it happened, I turned off the power, waited a few moments, and then turned it back on, and it worked. It does not turn back on this time. Is this a clock or a control panel? Is the clock a separate part from the control panel, or does it have a different part number?

Examine all connections to the clock/timer control board. If all connections are good then based on the symptoms of your unit, this issue would most likely be caused by a faulty control board.
