During pre-heating, the upper oven heats up with the broiler and the bottom element, then the lower element switches off but the broiler remains on. Due to overheating, the oven eventually shuts down, with the "bake" light blinking.

Due to faulty relays on the control board, the control board will need to be replaced. We can rebuild your control board. Here is the link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/range-stove-oven/
