My Oven baking element isn't working .

First should inspect the wiring to see if the wiring is in good working order. And should transmit 120VAC. Also, check the relay for outgoing voltage. If it does not transmit 120VAC to the element, the control's relay is broken. If the bake nor the broil options work, you should check the fuse.
After checking everything and all looks good. But you still have the same problem, then control board is most likely faulty. We can repair faulty control boards.
