I will require that this Specific Board be Repaired
• The Oven had initially an Open Bake Heating Element.
• Prior to the Bake Heating Element Failure, the Customer was having issues with Baking Times, with Baked Items being either, Under and Over Cooked.
• The Oven now with the Replacement Baking Element cannot maintain proper desired Baking Temperature. For Example With a Set Point of 350 ͦ, the Oven will achieve that Setpoint, but then will drift down to 250 ͦ.
• Performed Diagnostic Checks. No Faults Found.
• Oven Thermistor Resistance Checks Good and within Spec.
• All Other Functions Appear to be Operating Normally
I am assuming at least the Bake Relay is defective, but I would like all the High-Power Relays Changed and Upgraded.
Please Confirm Proper Oven Thermistor Circuit Functionality.
I will require all Replaced Components Returned.

Thank you for reaching out. This sounds like something that can be fixed. We do address the bake and broil function however, the issue with the temp can be within the keypad. A faulty keypad can cause this issue as well. There may be a stuck circuit behind the membrane. A stuck button will proceed with a desired function however, the PCB will not allow it to advance. you can send the keypad as well and we can test it. If the keypad is faulty it will need to be replaced and can't be repaired. Removing the membrane will further damage the keypad.
We replace most high-fault components. This includes relays, diodes capacitors, transformers, FET etc. We can fully test most boards we receive. We will confirm the signal on the keypad pins on the board that go the the keypad. Unfortunately, we don't send used parts back after a repair. We have an engineer in-house who can test and reverse engineer most components on the PCB. Use the link below if you choose to send it in. Thank you.
