My oven is a Kenmore electric. Getting F10 code. The code was gone when I disconnected. I re-started the oven, and it seemed to warm up. But when I opened the oven door to inspect it, there was an odd odor. What are your thoughts?
The heating components may become ungrounded, resulting in a hazardous situation. Check all wiring for loose or bad connections. It's also possible that the sensor probe is faulty, and it can be examined for resistance. At normal temperature, the sensor probe should read 1100 ohms of resistance. If these are all excellent, the main control is most likely is faulty. But no worries, we can fix that issue for you. Here is a link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/range-stove-oven/
