Sorry to hear you're having issues with your unit. Are you getting any codes? Were heating elements wiring sensors and power to the appliance confirmed good? This does look like something that we service, depending on your issue. Below I have provided a link that can get you started on the ordering process. The link will let you know what issue will be covered under the repair. Any issues outside of the advertised will not be addressed.
A full diagnostic check should first be performed to eliminate all other possible causes for your symptoms, even if the symptoms match those specified on the common fault description. If you are not sure that this part is the cause of the fault then we recommend that you do not go ahead with this purchase and instead seek further professional advice and diagnosis. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We look forward to working with you.

On
Relay board 3164627 rev: C there is a burnt component and circuit board material … was told it was a precision resistor 221ohm 1/2watt 1% value … don’t know it’s function.
Watching the relays on preheat there is a little arc when each opens as seen through the white case
The same thing happened a few years back when I sent it to be repaired
The sticker on it states: 171805955 RECONDITIONED CCSINC REMAN 316462811R
If that helps
Thank you for the info. Send it in and we'll take a look. We're able to test every component on the board.
Should I send in just the relay board or the pair ie attached to the display/key board?
You can send both and we can test together. If you only wanted to send one, send the relay board.
