I have a Jenn-Air #WM30460W oven, Does not heat, I checked the heating element and it is ok. But a get a low voltage (45V) across the heating element with unit on and off. Should I send in both the control board and relay board to be checked. There are no error codes visable on control board.

Yes, this looks like something we can repair, depending on the issue. Be sure to send both boards to be on the safe side. It sounds like carbon buildup on the relay contacts. This creates resistance for the voltage and doesn't allow the full voltage to come through. One thing to check for is making sure the correct voltages are coming out of the wall. Please double-check incoming power and send it in if it tests well. We'll notify you once it arrives at our facility. Thank you.
