How to access control board on Amana slide-in range?

Hi, there:

Our control board is dead but I can't for the life of me figure out how to dismantle the front panel. I've searched on YouTube everywhere. I've attached some photos of the range, including the model number (it's from 1999), the side, and the underside looking up from the open oven door. (Note the screws on the underside are in really tight and I'm not even sure if they're important for removing the panel; they seem to lead to access points for the igniters.)

Any ideas?

Many thanks.
