GE Range service looked at the issue and said the control board was not working properly. Part #WB27T11065, no longer manufactured. Bake mode does not work. All other functions not related to bake mode are functioning. Is this something you can repair? If so do you check out the entire panel for all functions?What would be the turnaround time? Thanks in advance.

To answer your other questions:
