GE Oven control most likely has an issue

My GE WB27K5040 control most likely has an issue. Problem, on Bake setting oven does not get up to set temperature, its about 125 deg. Low. The digital display shows the set temp. But when you push Bake to start, the actual temp reading on the display starts going up faster then the actual oven temp. So it thinks the oven is at the set temp, but the oven actual temp is way low and then the burner shuts off.my temp sensor is good, bake burner is good. Must be controller issue. I did briefly see an F1 code in the display, but not sure how that appeared. Would like controller repaired, are you able to repair this issue? Everything else seems to work fine.
