GE oven circuit board with an F1 error code

The website does not allow me to place a repair order for a GE appliance circuit board with an F1 error code
Please direct me to how I can get this done

Thank you for reaching out. If you can send a few photos of the board, we should be able to tell you if it's repairable. At your earliest convenience get back to us.

Thank you for taking the time to take the photos. The F1 code points to a bad keypad.  Unfortunately, we can not repair your board. You will need to replace the board and/or keypad. however, the replacements are hard to come by.
