I spoke to someone this afternoon. I was to send in my board for my GE oven. I have included the part number and also model numbers in the pictures. Please let me know should I send in just the board or also the touch pad. Thank you in advance for your help.

We can take a look at your board and touchpad. However, the touchpad will be an additional $39.99 and not $89.99. The service that is purchased is for the control board only. Should you choose to send in only one board and later find out that the issue is in the keypad then a full purchase of $89.99 will be necessary to service the other board.
