I have a GE JTP48 built-in double wall oven that is showing "LOC On" and won't perform any functions. I have tried pushing in the door switch and trying to set a cleaning cycle, but it will not take (therefore cannot then push the off button to reset). Is this an electronic component failure that you can fix? Or is it a mechanical issue?

Thank you for reaching out. It seems the "Clean Oven" aspect has been activated and it locks the door. If the door wasn't completely closed when the "Clean Oven" was initiated then that means it is still active. try pressing the"Clean Oven" button a few times to see if it will reset the locking mechanism. This usually fixes the issue you are having. Try to hold down the 9 and 0 at the same time for 3 sec if that doesn't work it may be the 2 keys under the LOC code. Hold that down for 10sec.
