I have a Frigidaire Range PLCF489CCD with a control panel part no. 318010102 that needs to be repaired. The problem is the oven heating elements are not turning on. When I tested the circuits of the top and bottom heating element with a multimeter when the oven is turned on the voltage remains less then 1 V instead of 240V like it should. A resistance test of both upper and lower heating elements show less then 20 ohms so they are good and the resistance in the temperature control rod is 1137 ohms indicating it is also good. Also there is an intermittent brief clicking in the control module at which time the upper heating elements circuit shows 240V for a few seconds then drops back to less then 1 V. My question is is there an extra charge beyond the $89.99 for the replacement parts that will be needed to repair. Thank you.

If you have checked the heating elements and they tested good. then most likely it's the control board. There is no additional cost other than the initial shipping cost from you to us. Please attach a note to the unit detailing the issues and your findings. This will get into the hands of the tech and minimize any delays, We will send you an email once the unit arrives at our facility. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for response. I will be removing control panel from stove tomorrow and when packaged send you payment and ship
