My control board is in need of repair - the baking function does not work.
Two questions;
1. can you provide me instructions on how to remove it from this specific model?
2. can you fix this control board?

Below is a picture of your unit. The two red arrows are pointing to the parts we will need for repair. One will be the board that has the clock on it. The other is the touch panel. I also included the address to ship your unit to in order to start the repair process. Basic hand tools should work.
