The Kenmore Electronic Oven. The Bake indicator illuminates, but the thermal components remain inactive. The broil setting is ideal. In the screen, there is no sign of a failure. When I pick the bake mode, there is no voltage transmission from the electronic control board. So can I be certain it's the control board that's the issue? failed

Examine the element with the oven turned on; you should see 240 volts at both ends. If not then the main control board is faulty. But we can repair that for you. Here is a link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/range-stove-oven/
