Dacor single wall oven Can you troubleshoot and repair this relay board?

Thank you for reaching out. If your unit is a double oven and has two boards we can service them both. If one is going bad the other usually follows suit. If you would like us to run a diagnostic test only we can do that as well for $40.00 per unit. If you would like the repair service we can do that as well. I would send in both. The relays and capacitors are known to fail, replacing those should fix the issues Before you place your order please check your wiring harness, plugs, and pins. Make sure they are free from grease, dirt, or debris. If you can, check your thermal probe as well.  Below I have provided a  link that can get you started. There's just one relay board that controls both ovens. The boards appear to be the same except for the number of relays installed. (see attached photos).

To proceed, would I just purchase the repair service for the 102377 board. I believe the problem is with the broiler element relay for the upper oven.

Your listing is for the relay board associated with the single oven version of this Dacor model. It sounds like you would have no issue servicing the Dacor Model 102380 relay board. I'll investigate the things you suggested. Would I purchase this repair service for the Dacor model 102377 relay board to get things started?
