I have a dacor P07610A2 main board that needs repair.
Been “repaired” already by Global and came back non functional.
Can you repair this board and can you test it to be sure it’s functional before sending out?

Yes, we do repair the boards for the Decor appliance. We've had success in the repair of this particular board. A final test bench after the repair is part of our standard of practice.
