F250 2016 So I lost spark in cylinders 3 and 4, despite having excellent coils and plugs, and I assume the wiring harness is fine because I'm getting 12v at all coils with the key on and receiving codes.

So I'm going to acquire a used pcm from a used parts store, and I'm wondering whether I need to have Ford reprogram it or if I can simply put it in and go?
