08 Ford Flex, looks like bad coil took it out. Just curious if this is what you guys commonly see and if your techs think they can fix before I send it in

we can take a look and see how extensive the damage is. We do support this particular PCM however we would need to clean out the debris and see if any components are fused to the PCB.
