I have a 2004 Lincoln town car. I replaced LCM a few years back due to lights not shutting off or responding to control. Wipers would also not go off and or come on randomly. I saw on the website not to send unit unless it has the issues listed such as interior lights acting up, headlight intermittent,etc. In your experience and knowledge... Can the LCM effect wipers as my simply wipers just stopped working from one start to the next. Noticed headlights once in a while wouldn't shut off by the knob but only shutting car off. Please advise

The windshield wipers are controlled by a different module. The LCM only controls your external and internal lights and would not affect the wipers. We do not repair this issue. I apologize for the inconvenience!
