Emphases Envoy gateway

I have a Enphase Envoy gateway which talks to my Enphase Micro Inverters for to log how much energy that they are producing. The problem is that there is something wrong with the power supply in it and that sometimes you have to turn it off for 3+ hours and then it will restart correctly, if not it just shows a bunch of square blocks in the lcd display. I know that I am not the only one having this problem, many threads are listed on this problem and sometimes people have luck in just resetting the lcd into the socket, but not on mine. A new one costs around $500, so a $175 repair would be a blessing. Please let me know if you could fix this.

PS When you would receive it, it would be functioning correctly and after you boot it up for a while and then doing a fast restart, it would show its problem
