Our 424 UC wine storage is malfunctioning. Is it possible with codes 12 and 15 that the control board could be the culprit or is that something else entirely? Is there a way to determine if the board is at fault?

Yes, we can test the unit. A bench test fee of $40.00 will be charged for us to take a look. The problem you describe sounds like you have either a bad temperature sensor in the lower section (called a thermister) which has a set resistance value that is interpreted by the control as the temperature, a bad connection between the two, or a faulty control (check the door switch just to be safe).
