Jeep Wrangler from 2015. I finally had the odometer serviced and repaired after it had quit working, but now the displayed mileage is lower than the actual mileage on the car. I want to know if your service can reach to the desired mileage precisely. Is there a certain mile marker you should stop at to ensure the mileage matches, and if not for some reason? Thanks

So just to make sure I’m understanding correctly, you cannot guarantee setting of the actual mileage? It may be + or - 300 miles off? If that’s the case, it kind of ruins the point of the service. How often are you able to get the correct mileage right down to the mile or is it never? Thanks for the information and I look forward to hearing from you back.

More often than not, they're usually as close to the requested mileage but that is part of the disclaimer. We can always put in a ticket to the tech working on it that you need it as close to exact as possible.
