2012 Honda Civic lx I'm trying to send in for a mileage correction , which cluster do I send ?

I know . I don't need a repair what I need is a mileage correction all I want to know is which one do I send

Thank you for reaching out. As of right now we only service a mileage correction on this unit no repairs. If the unit is not original to the vehicle and you purchased a replacement please provide an accurate VIN number by attaching a note to the cluster.
