I have the microwave with this control panel. The symptom has been the clock runs behind, sometimes you set the cooking time and it stops after a second or sometime the time between countdown seconds is very long and then it stops. Sometimes unplugging and plugging back in allows it to keep time or work a couple times. But it's back to the same thing today. Is this timer failure common? Further, do I send you the whole stainless steel assembly or do I take that apart to remove the CCA from the assembly and send just the CCA?

Unfortunately, we do not support the service for this year, make or model. We do not have the internal parts that are needed to make the repairs.
