I have a 2018 Highlander Limited. How can I keep the Navigation map display consistent so that I can follow the map for turns, etc.? When I utilize the Navigation for route guidance, the display vanishes and is replaced by a jumble of fg7hgf09h7gf0987****. When I tap the map display, it just stays for a few seconds. The audio is good, but there is no map help. I looked over the instructions, but nothing seemed to explain my issue or offer a solution. Thanks
