I have a 2014 Camry, and the radio's touch display no longer works. I rebooted it and ripped out the fuses in an attempt to reboot. Then I removed and reinstalled it, and it rebooted completely.
When I pulled the fuses (a couple of times), the touch screen functioned briefly before shutting down. The buttons were the same, but they lasted a bit longer.
Is there a way of fixing this without replacing the unit?
There is no software update available, according to the Toyota support website.
I've looked all over the internet and this site, but I can't find any mention of this particular issue.
