My 2013 RAV4's display audio would reboot at random. When utilizing navigation, it appeared to be slightly worse. The display would freeze, then go black and reboot (display the startup logo). After rebooting, it would continue navigating. I took the automobile to the dealership, where the control unit firmware was upgraded. This did not resolve the issue.

According to the dealer's general manager, his hands are tied. Toyota corporate would not allow him help me till the part is replaced. My case agent at Toyota headquarters has also been unhelpful. The handling of issue has been quite poor, both technically and in terms of customer service. I had hoped for better.
Anyone else had a similar experience? Advice? Suggestions?
