A 86120-47210 MFD from a 2009 Toyota Prius is what I have. I can touch the screen and make it function, so it appears to be working. The screen is black with white vertical lines, which is a problem. When I spoke with customer service, she informed me that the component was not accessible if the part number did not appear in the search field. Perhaps she assumed I would have to make the transaction. The picture on your website that shows the sunburst is a 7 button. So I am assuming you can fix both 4 button and 7 button? The unit I have is a 7 button. The picture on your website shows a 4 button. Does that mean you are not able to fix it?

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, this particular part can be worked on. The one in the photo is a different model however the internals are the same. We can repair the older version of MFD and the one for your particular year. Please use the link below and send it in at your earliest convenience.
