LED display on a 2007 Toyota HL Limited is faulty. Is there a cure for a faulty/blank HVAC display? It has auto climate control rather than dual zone, as well as an information center for mileage, temperature, and so on. Except for the LCDs, everything works. You can still operate the HVAC system. When it's cold, it's fine, but when it's warm, it goes away. It will be blank if exposed to direct sunlight. The backlighting complements the headlamps well.
Is there any way to solve this other than replacing it? It appears to be costly.
