2005 Toyota Tacoma. I noticed something strange about the exterior temperature display, complete with a compass. I parked my pickup into my school's garage today to perform some work; the outside air temperature was around 42 degrees, and it read the same temperature after I got inside. The store was warm and around 60 degrees. I kept the vehicle running for about 4 hours in there receiving information from a scantool for some document we needed to fill out, and it got up to 42 degrees even after 6 hours. When I got the truck back outside, it was 42 degrees outdoors. Can it be fixed?
