The temperature control console in my 2004 bmw x5 is acting strangely.
Unless I hit the - button to lessen the fan speed, my fan will not turn off. Normally, I simply push the button until the fan speed is at its lowest setting, then press it again to turn the fan off. When I do this, the fan restarts as soon as I release the button.
The dealer suggested replacing the entire temperature control console or leaving it alone fan running on lowest speed when not in use.
I was just wondering if anyone else had this issue.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
