2003 bmw 530. I believe I have a defective LCM. Can you inspect it and repair as needed. What would be the cost to repair and if not defective the cost to"check it out"

Yes we can definitely look at this unit for you. If you send a good working unit because of misdiagnosis and after we test the unit and find no issue/faults, then you will only be responsible for a $39.99 testing fee and shipping.
