19 Highlander. Unless I turn off Bluetooth on my phone, the display screen has been flashing on and off for the past four months. Typically, disconnecting and reconnecting my phone solves the problem, till a call comes in, at which time the display switches off, preventing navigation or hands-free talks while driving. I've detached and rejoined the phone, forgotten the Bluetooth connection and then reconnected it after turning off my phone (dealer suggestion), but it still flashes on and off until the phone is not linked at all. According to the dealer, that is the effect of an IOS upgrade.Can it be fixed?
